The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

**Refund/Exchange Policy:
If for some reason you have a problem with your order please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is Queen Virgin Hair's top priority. If you receive a defective or damaged product an exchange will be issued. This issue is done on a case by case basis. THE HAIR CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED AFTER IT HAS BEEN WASHED OR USED IN ANYWAY! Hair must be returned in the same form the hair was given.We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

We have a strict NO REFUND policy after hair has been shipped out. Return shipping is up to the customer. PLEASE NOTE:You Have 24hrs to cancel your order after it has been placed, after that There is a 30% restocking fee for ALL cancelled orders prior to delivery

**Shipping & Delivery Policy:
Shipping is $9.50 (Non-Negotiable).

MOST orders are shipped in 4-5 business days after order. We do not offer overnight shipping on products to allow for the 4-7 day grace period to ensure credit cards are valid. We want to protect our customers against fraud orders.

Custom Orders (U-Part Wigs And Custom Colors) May take up to 7-10 Business Days. Upon shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information. Orders arrive in 1-3 days after they are shipped. 


Queen Virgin Hair is closed for the Holidays and does not mail out any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
